1. Mr. Asok Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner Order No.

states that during the pendency of the present petition, a discharge petition has already been filed in the trial Court. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file additional documents and an affidavit in the concerned Court to bring on record in that Court the developments subsequent to lodging of the complaint.

2. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
