This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 15th November, 2021 before the Controller of Examination, Council Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is pending since long. No action has been taken as of now. He further submits that a direction be given to the Controller, Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner dated 15th November, 2021. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties submits that they have no objection if such a direction is given to consider the representation of the Petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties this Court finds that no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending in this Court. Therefore, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Controller of Examination, Council Higher Secondary

// 2 // Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken by the Controller of Examination shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
