2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 30.09.2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.49 of 2010 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
