3. This appeal is filed under Section 39 of the O.E.R Act 1995 against the order passed by the Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission dated 19.5.1999 rejecting the appellant's application for review of the order dated 11.6.1998.

4. Even though the appeal is filed in the year 1999, but till date, notice has not been made sufficient on the question of limitation nor the matter has been listed after 13.8.1999.

5. Since no body is there to press the application, the MA is dismissed for non-prosecution.
