1. The Petitioners have questioned an order dated 6th March 2012, passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, condoning the delay in making the claim and filing the application.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not satisfied that any error has been committed by the Authority warranting interference.
