1. The limited prayer being expeditious disposal of M.C. No. 464 of 2007 and M.C. No.595 of 2007 pending before the District SubRegistrar, Ganjam and Sub-Registrar, Berhampur Town respectively, a direction is issued to the above authorities to dispose of the said two cases, if they are still pending, within a period of six months from today. A copy of this order be communicated to the said two authorities forthwith.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
