This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service w.e.f. the date he has completed five years from the date of joining as per letter No.924/FE (G)-05 of 2008 dated 01.02.2016 from the Engineer in Chief Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Odisha, Bhubaneswar with all financial benefits soon par with others pursuant to order passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.827 of 2014 confirmed by this Court in OJC No.9627 of 1999 and the apex Court in Civil Appeal No.935 of 1999.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be

considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
