1. Heard Mr. T. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party No.1 and Mrs. P. Panda, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2.

2. Having heard all the parties and going through the copy of the charge-sheet, I do not see any merit in the present petition.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to grant him liberty to surrender before the court below and seek for bail. In such event, in case the Petitioner surrenders before the learned court below and prays for his release on bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
