Opposite Parties Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, AGA and Mr. M. M. Swain, Advocate for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2

CORAM:

THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE R. K. PATTANAIK Order No.

ORDER

23.02.2022 05.

1. Learned counsel, who appears on behalf of Mr. S. K. Choudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioners, does not have a paper book. The reason adduced for seeking adjournment is not convincing. The Court is therefore not inclined to adjourn the matter. Without the paper book, the counsel is unable to make submissions.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R. K. Pattanaik) Judge M. Panda
