2. Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Dash, learned counsel for the opposite party No.5.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 24.12.2013 of cancellation of tender issued by the opposite party No.4.

4. Since the period of tender is of the year, 2013, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
