This appeal has been filed by the Appellant challenging the award dated 06.08.2003 passed in Misc. Case No.271/86 by the learned 2nd M.A.C.T., Cuttack.

From the materials available on record, it is evident that the claim made in the Misc. Case was dismissed initially on contest vide award dated 08.02.1994.

The said award was set aside by this Court and remanded vide order dated 06.03.2003 in MACA No.443/1994. Even after such remand, learned Tribunal rejected the claim once again by passing the impugned order on 06.08.2003. 6.

Today when the matter is called, nobody is there to place the matter.
