Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

In course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that for the self same issue, there has been filing of C.S.No.1444 of 2010 along with I.A.No.608 of 2010. It is fairly submitted that this I.A. even has not been taken up as of now for non-filing of objection by the contesting opposite parties. Considering the same, this Court while expressing anxiety for non-disposal of Civil Suit over 12 years gives a direction to the trial court to conclude the C.S.No.1444 of 2010 at least within a period of four months from the date of submission of certifies copy of this order by the petitioner. For this four months, since the petitioner is in enjoyment of status quo order in the entertainment of writ petition on 26.03.2007, the same may continue for four months. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
