Petitioners in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 10th April, 1998 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Khordha in Civil Revision No.20 of 1996, whereby he dismissed the revision and thereby confirmed the order passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khordha directing to reopen the final decree proceeding in TS No.104 of 1982.

In course of argument, Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioners drawing attention of this Court to Affidavit at Flag-10 filed by the Petitioners on 11th May, 2022 submits that the final decree proceeding in TS No.104 of 1982, which was directed to be re-opened, has already been dropped vide order dated 19th November, 2001 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khordha. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal

// 2 // of the writ petition to work out the remedy available in accordance with law.

In view of such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
