This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 17th February, 2010 passed by the Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur in C.T.R. Case No.29 of 2003 wherein charge for the offences under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 420, 409, 471, 477-A read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. has been framed against him.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. However, Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department is present.
