ORDER

1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided under the concerned statute.

2. If such an appeal is filed not later than 5th June, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, explaining the delay on account of pendency of this present petition, such application would be considered on its merit. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

3. It is seen that the Petitioner has already deposited Rs.40,000/- with the Opposite Parties pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 28th November, 2013. The said interim order will continue till such time, the Appellate Authority passes an appropriate order on the application for interim relief to be filed by the Petitioner along with its appeal provided the appeal is filed within the time stipulated.

4. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn as prayed for in the above terms.

5. The original annexures be returned to the Petitioner subject to it being substituted by attested photocopy thereof.
