Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioners, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, in G.R. Case No.2592 of 2021, arising out of Jajpur P.S. Case No.443 of 2021, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
