This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The main allegation is against Chandan Bhoi, who was assaulted the father of the informant, namely, Chakradhar Sahoo. As a result of which, Chakradhar Sahoo has sustained injury on his head.

As regard Petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation against him. It is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar, in G.R. Case No.1011 of 2021, arising out of Balianta P.S. Case
// 2 // No.369 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
