1.
Heard the submission of learned counsel for Petitioners and learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos.2, 4 & 5.
2.
Undisputedly there has been payment of family pension in the meantime. Therefore, an amendment request has been made for payment of appropriate interest on account of delayed payment of family pension in favour of the Petitioner. Such request has been directly made to the Writ Court. This Court observes, such request is not entertainable, unless such a request is made to the competent authority. While turning down the amendment request, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition permits the Petitioners, in the event there is claim of interest on the disbursement of Family pension, appropriate request be made to the competent authority for its consideration.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
