This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of RP Case No.1748 of 2015 pending before Commissioner, Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite parties therein. He, therefore, submits that a direction may be issued to Commissioner, Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take up the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files a memorandum for consideration of the aforesaid RP Case No.1748 of 2015 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties along with certified copy of this order before the Commissioner, Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack he shall do well to

// 2 // accept the same and fix a date, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such memorandum for consideration of the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties therein, if the matter is otherwise ready. 5.

A copy of this order shall be served on Mr. Mishra, learned AGA for information and communication. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
