2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the proceeding in Barbil P.S. Case No.60 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. Case No.174 of 2010 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil.

3. Heard.

4. Since the FIR allegation discloses commission of cognizable offences, the prayer for quashment of the FIR is without any substance.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.

6. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken and he has been proceeded in the aforesaid case, if so aggrieved.
