1. Opposite Party No.2 has filed an affidavit dated 26th April 2012 stating that all the disputes between the parties have got settled and she has no objection if the criminal proceeding is quashed by this Court.

2. In that view of the matter, the present CRLMC is allowed and G.R. Case No.208 of 2008 corresponding to Damanjodi P.S. Case No.25 of 2008 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Koraput is hereby quashed. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
