1. Receipt showing payment of cost of Rs.1000/- on learned counsel for Respondent No.1 has been produced in Court today, which is taken on record.

2. The amount awarded not being significant, the Court is not inclined to interfere.

3. The Appellant has deposited the entire awarded amount before this Court pursuant to the order passed in the present appeal on 5th March, 2010. Upon the Appellant showing the Registry of this Court the proof of having deposited the awarded amount in the Tribunal, the amount deposited in this Court will be refunded to the Appellant together with the interest accrued thereon.

4. The matter i.e. MAC No.145 of 2000 be placed before the District Judge-cum-MACT-1, Balangir for disbursal of the amount so deposited with it by the Appellant on 27th October, 2022.

5. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
