This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal in Criminal Revision No.6 of 2011 wherein the learned Sessions Judge modified the order dated 26.2.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Hindol in Criminal Misc. Case No.39 of 2009 and directed the Petitioner-son to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.800/- to the Opposite Party-mother from the date of the judgment of the trial court i.e. 26.2.2011 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It appears that the notice to the Opposite Party has not yet been issued. The case is pending since 2012. Since there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.
