Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with EOW, Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.11 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 667 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

This is the fourth successive anticipatory bail application of the petitioner before this Court for grant of

// 2 // anticipatory bail. The earlier anticipatory bail applications in ABLAPL No.8775 of 2018, ABLAPL No.9750 of 2016 and ABLAPL No.11873 of 2016 have already been disposed of. In view of the nature of accusation, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today in the event of which the learned Courts below shall dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously. The case records shall be made available to the Courts concerned for disposal of the bail application.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
