2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 01.10.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in G.R. Case No.222 of 2009 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 406/420/468/471/34 IPC against them.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

4. It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
