2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Barkote P.S. Case No.86 of 2012 corresponding to C.T. No.294/1 of 2012-14 pending in the court of learned P.M.J.J.B., Deogarh.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.

4. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.

5. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
