This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification seeking fixation of time limit for compliance.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner keeping in sealed cover. In paragraph-7, it is directed that the seal cover be opened and the petitioner be given promotion.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that in paragraph-7 of the order dated 15.03.2022 after the words "sealed cover", the words be inserted "The authorities are directed to open the sealed cover within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order" and the petitioner be given promotion, rest part of the order

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
