1. This petition was filed way back in 2011 and notice was issued on 20th October, 2011.

2. The office report of 2011 indicates that the A.D. card was returned with the remarks "addressee gone away". Thereafter, the petition was not listed even once.

3. If the Opposite Party No.2 (M/s. Oberoi Palm Beach Hotel, Gopalpur now renamed as Hotel Palm Beach, Gopalpur) where the Petitioner was an employee was unable to be located way back in 2011, it is highly unlikely that it will be located now.

4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition by filing an appropriate application if and when he is able to locate the correct present address of Opposite Party No.2
