This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.557 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1893 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for alleged commission of offences under sections 363, 294, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the State that charge sheet has already been submitted under sections 363, 294, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and after going through the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and the nature of accusation, the interim order dated 10.02.2021 is made absolute.
