This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 Learned proxy counsel for the Petitioner concedes that the order dated 01.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.25227 of 2012 has since been complied with as the Petitioner has been extended the benefit of 10 years of practice in the District Bar towards counting of qualifying service for pension being availed upon superannuation from the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutor.
