This application has been filed for modification/correction of the typographic errors kept into the judgment dated 20.10.2022 passed in RSA No.50 of 2018. 3.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Appellant and on going through the averments taken in the petition as well as the judgment dated 20.10.2022 passed in RSA No.50 of 2018, the corrections, as suggested in Paragraph No.2(i) to 2(iv), being found to have arisen from typographical errors, those are accordingly ordered to be corrected.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the judgment dated 20.10.2022 passed in RSA No.50 of 2018. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
