Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The present I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 12th January, 2022. In the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the said order in place of " w.e.f. 31.03.1989 to 30.09.2000", the figure "w.e.f. 16.07.1987 to 13.01.1998" be substituted. 4.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed to the above extent. 5.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th
