Considering the limited request involved herein for early disposal of C.S.No.378 of 2005 pending on the file of Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhadrak, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands disposed of with an observation that in the event pleadings are completed involving the aforesaid suit, attempt may be taken for disposal of the same at least within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. Petitioners are debarred from taking unnecessary adjournment.
