This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the advertisement under Annexure-2 and further to direct opposite party no.4 to modify the contents in para-4(ii) of the advertisement under Annexure-2 by mentioning inter alia that the candidate applying for the post must have passed CITS (Craftsman Instructor Training Scheme) qualification as essential for the recruitment of ATO/Vocational instructors in Govt. and Private it is in view of the instruction dated 26.07.2019 and subsequent instruction on 25.11.2019 under Annexure-3 series issued by Deputy Director General (C.P. & Admn.), Government of India, Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), New Delhi and

relax the age of 10 year to the petitioners as per the Govt. ITI part time instructor under the ground that petitioners are private ITI full time instructors and similar eligibility criteria to that category under Govt. ITI or in alternate to direct opposite party no.1 to dispose of their representation dated 27.12.2021 (vide Annexure-8) within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
