Perused the letter of learned 5th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Cuttack dated 23rd September, 2023 (at Flag-X), whereby it prayed for extension of time for disposal of T.S. No.147 of 1999 pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 22nd November, 2022 in CMP No.8440 of 2008.

Considering the request of learned 5th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Cuttack, this Court directs that the order dated 22nd November, 2022 shall be complied with by the end of March, 2024.

Registry shall communicate this order to learned trial Court forthwith.
