1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.C.Ghadei, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 3rd August, 2021 in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No.100/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.181/2019 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 307/302/34 of I.P.C.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie to support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

5. It is open to the Petitioners to renew their prayer after examination of material witnesses in the case including the complainant.
