When this matter was listed on 21.04.2022 it was contended that since the name of Mr. D.K. Sahu, learned counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner has not been reflected in the cause list, he could not appear on the said date. But today though his name reflects in the cause list, none is there on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
