2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Dhanupali P.S. Case No.172 of 2013 corresponding to G.R Case No.1394 of 2013 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M (S), Sambalpur.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2014. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
