1. Heard Mr. B.N. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Appellantclaimant as well as Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-Insurance Company.

2. Present appeal by the claimant is directed against the award dated 31.08.2015 of the learned 4th MACT, Cuttack in MAC No.122 of 2013/36 of 2014 wherein the learned Tribunal has granted compensation to the tune of Rs.60,000/- along with interest @7% per annum to the claimant from the date of filing of the claim application i.e.29.03.2013 on account of injury sustained by him in the motor vehicular accident dated 03/04.03.2013.

3. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the nature of injury and the period of treatment of the Appellant as well as his income, a further consolidated sum of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) is proposed to the parties in course of hearing. Mr. B.N. Samantaray, learned counsel for the claimant-Appellant

agrees to the same and Mr. P.K. Mahali, learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Insurance Company leaves it to the discretion of the Court. The compensation amount is accordingly fixed to that extent.

4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the further consolidated sum of Rs.30,000/- before the Tribunal within a period of two months from today, which shall be disbursed to the claimant.

5. The MACA is disposed of.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
