This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Standing Counsel. Perused the records. 3.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the injuries are simple in nature.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand does not dispute that the injury is simple in nature. However, he submits that the Petitioners are terrorizing the informant. 6.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur

// 2 // Road in C.T.Case No.1543 of 2021 arising out of Jajpur Road P.S.Case No.535 of 2021 within a period of three weeks from today and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. It is directed that the Petitioners shall appear before the concerned Police Station in every fortnight between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M. and they shall not terrorise, threaten the informant and his family and other witnesses.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
