1. When notice was issued on the Petitioners on 7th April, 2003, the following order was passed:
" Heard Mr. K.K.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.
Mr. Nanda, learned Addl.Govt.Advocate accepts notice on behalf of opposite party No.1. Let one extra copy of the writ petition be served on him by Thursday (10.04.2003).
Notice to opposite parties nos. 2 and 3 will be issued by registered post returnable within a period of one month. Steps shall be taken by Thursday (10.04.2003).
Accept one set of process fee.
In the meanwhile, the shops of the petitioners will not be demolished.

2. Till date no counter affidavit is being filed by the Opposite Parties. In that view of the matter, while making the above interim order absolute, it is directed that the Opposite Parties shall give at least one month's advance notice to the Petitioners if they seek to take any coercive action against them, to enable the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies.
