Collector, Sundargarh & Others .....

Opposite Parties State Counsel

CORAM:

DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI MR. JUSTICE B.P. SATAPATHY

ORDER

21.11.2022 Order No.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

This Court, vide order dated 16.02.2015 issued notice to the opposite parties by Registered Post with A.D. directing the petitioner to file requisites within a week. But the petitioner filed requisites through Court's process i.e. without postal stamp and envelop. Therefore, when the matter was listed on 09.03.2015, this Court directed the petitioner to file requisites for issuance of notice to the opposite parties within one week. Though A.Ds were returned after valid service from opposite parties no.1 to 3, but notice as against opposite party no.5 returned un-served due to insufficient address. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 26.10.2022 and on that date, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertook to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to

opposite party no.5 by Registered Post with A.D. with correct address within a week. But till date no requisite has been filed by the petitioner.

3.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 26.10.2022. Alok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (B. P. SATAPATHY) JUDGE
