This matter is taken up through conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party to consider his grievance under Annexure-1 in view of Annexure-2 forthwith.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that against imposition of penalty of black mark, the petitioner has filed appeal under Annexure-1 before the opposite party, which is still pending. Therefore, direction may be issued to the opposite party to consider the same taking into account Annexure-2 within a stipulated time.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of

the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexure-2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
