Mr. Ratsingh, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

applicant-insurance company. With reference to order dated 8th August, 2023 he hands up particulars regarding NEFT deposit of Rs.2,62,000/- on submission that thereby was payment of death benefit to one of the legal representatives of the beneficiary.

He submits, pursuant to direction made in order dated 8th August, 2023 his client put in requisites for service on the legal representatives. The service has been duly made. 3.

None appears to oppose prayer of applicant. Court is satisfied that not only the death benefit was paid out but, it appears, all the legal representatives of the widow

(beneficiary) are aware of the pay out and have not come forward to oppose applicant's prayer for release of the deposit. 4.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to encash the short term deposit and pay out entire proceeds to applicant, on communication of this order.

Note dated 3rd August, 2023 laid by Registrar (Judicial), on which this order is made, is to be registered and numbered as an application, hereby disposed of.
