This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 11th June, 2010 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Banpur in I.C.C. No.50 of 2010, taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 341, 352, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

Perused the materials available on record.

After going through the statement of the witnesses as well as other materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this petition.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

Since it is a complaint case, if charge has not been framed in the meanwhile, the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions on hearing before charge and in that event, the Court in seisin over the matter shall frame the charge considering the grievance of the Petitioner.
