Having heard learned counsel for the parties and noticing that the impugned order has not been stayed by this Court and that it has being implemented in the meanwhile, the Court declines to interfere with the impugned order. However, it is clarified that the said order will be treated as having been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case of Opposite Party No.1 and will not constitute a precedent for other cases. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
