This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 30th October, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P. No. 426 of 2010 (Misc. Case No.11 of 2010), directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3, while rejecting the prayer for grant of maintenance to Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. Patel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any instruction in the matter.
