1. Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Senior Advocate points out that in light of the recent amendments to the Ancient Monuments and Archeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 as well as the Orissa Ancient Monuments Preservation Act 1956, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the State Government.
2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
