This I.A. has been filed by the Contemnor praying therein to allow four weeks time to comply the Order dated 22.10.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 17472 of 2019. The learned Counsel for the Intervener, who is the Writ Petitioner, Mr. B.S. Tripathy fairly conceded that he has no objection, if such prayer is allowed and the Contemnor is permitted to implement the said Order dated 22.10.2019 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petition on or before 05.09.2022. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Contemnor undertakes that the Contemnor will ensure implementation of the direction of this Court dated 22.10.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.17472 of 2019 by 05.09.2022. 4.
Recording such submission of the Counsel for the Contemnor so also concession of the learned Counsel for the Intervener (Petitioner in W.P.(C) No.17472 of 2019), the I.A. stands disposed of. Accordingly, the Suo Motu Contempt Proceeding also stands dropped. 5.
Needless to mention that, despite such undertaking given by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Contemnor, if the Order dated 22.10.2019 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.17472 of 2019 is
not implemented/carried out, liberty is given to the learned Counsel for the Intervener to bring such fact to the notice of this Court. In such event, appropriate action will be taken against the Contemnor in accordance with law by reviving the Contempt Proceeding. Padma/Banita (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE
