This is an application for restoration of W.P.(C).No.22241 of 2019.

For the dismissal of the writ petition at the stage of fresh admission and as this Court finds there is cause shown in the nonappearance of counsel on account of his illness on the date the case got listed and considering the submission of learned State Counsel, this Court finds a case of the petitioner required to be considered.
